Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed in order received and shipped within one business day once
* Shipping offered within the US only. Must provide a United States shipping address.
* Domestic shipped orders take around 2-7 USPS business days (Sunday’s are not included)
depending on your location – once order is shipped your USPS tracking number will be
emailed to you.
* Silverback Labz is not responsible for items that are stolen from your location after delivery
has been made and confirmed. We also do not assume any responsibility for the packages
damaged by the customer or the carrier. In the event that your package is damaged or lost and
verified by USPS, we will file a claim on your behalf, but it is up to the carrier to reimburse you
for the merchandise.
* We Do “NOT” Ship Internationally (US Shipping Only)
Exchange / Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition in
which you received them, as well as in its original packaging within 14 days of your purchase for
an exchange or refund.
*Return shipping is at customers expense.
*Unfortunately returns or Exchanges longer than 14 days past purchase date are not eligible.
*Returns resulting in error, such as receiving incorrect or defective products will be exchanged
at no additional charges.
Returns Resulting In Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return
shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time
period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from you the shipper (5 to 10
business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business
days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business
